Trade Gateway Hub and Distribution Centre

Bristol.Trade is being operated as a Trade Gateway hub that features storage facilities and transportation systems provided by operators, that receive goods and then deliver them to customers. It will be acting as an intermediate point to get products from the manufacturer to customers.

Sales By Manufacturers: In the programme, all sales by manufacturers are made Ex Warehouse, whereby the manufacturer would fulfill their obligation to deliver goods by making them available for pickup by the buyer at the warehouse designated to Bristol.Trade.

Onward Sales and Fulfilment Requirements: The Logistics Partner provide the distribution network to manufacturers, to serve buyers who may sell on to retailers or to end consumers.

Manufacturer’s Responsibility: Under Ex Warehouse terms, the seller is responsible for preparing the goods and making them available for collection by the buyer at the designated warehouse. The seller bears the costs and risks associated with storing the goods until the buyer takes possession.

System Integration: The Manufacturers Trade Microsite will be managing the Programme for individual Manufacturers. The Trade Microsite is a Woo Commerce Site.

Manufacturer’s Requirement From the Designated Warehouse: Outsourced Warehousing Storage. The Designated warehouse digitally signs the warehouse receipt they provided for verification, after receiving the products into the warehouse.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer assumes responsibility for transportation, and any other costs incurred after the goods leave the warehouse.
